Sele Yalaghuli

Minister Yalaghuli is a former Finance Minister and National Treasurer of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was previously director general of the DGI  (the national tax authority) and director of cabinet for the Minister of Finance and then for the Prime Minister. An economist responsible for critical DRC negotiations with the World Bank, he graduated from the University of Kinshasa and holds a certificate of Leadership (Executive Education) from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
