Executive Producer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced candidate to join our team as an Executive Producer who is responsible for overseeing all of the operations and long term goals. As an ideal candidate, you are required to possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to deal with critical situations. You are also required to manage people and lead them as and when required. Prior work experience as an Executive Producer or a related position will be an added advantage for the candidate. Director of Philanthropy Development

The Director of Philanthropy serves as the principal fundraising officer and grants manager for OWI. This role is responsible for the oversight, planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising program that secures the significant financial resources from individuals, foundations, corporations and others to support OWI’s Mission and Strategic Plan. He/she manages all major gifts functions, planned giving, donor prospecting and research, and special one- or multi-year fundraising campaigns. He/she works with other senior program staff and board members to establish fundraising goals and is accountable for these goals. He/she hires, manages and establishes fundraising goals for fundraising staff. Focuses on long-range strategic plan priorities, seeking to raise multi-year commitments when possible and communicates a broad vision to others. In the identification, She/he motivates and coordinates the efforts of a multi-disciplinary staff team and volunteers – including the OWI’s Board of Directors – in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors. The Director of Philanthropy understands and complies with all gift-related policies and procedures and ensures ethical compliance, Implement, track, and follow up on annual, sponsorships, planned giving, other giving campaigns, and other department initiatives.

Videographers II-III

We are looking for two to three full-time proficient Videographers to join us. You will be responsible for filming raw footages on live locations as well as covering shoots on sets. Besides filming, you should be able to clip the footage together and edit it along with the Video Editor. You should be able to set up cameras, lighting, backdrops and any other props required for a shoot.
