Sharon Butler-Charles

Director, U.S. & the Americas Operations

Mrs. Butler-Charles completed her B.A. in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, MA and subsequently earned her M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership – Non-Profit, from Wheelock College, located in Boston, MA.  

Upon the completion of her postgraduate studies, she continued her public service career working in a managerial capacities for Boston Public Schools’ Central Office, providing support to underserved families.  Mrs. Butler-Charles’ tenure with the City of Boston also included working for the Assessing Department’s Tax Policy Unit, brokering partnerships with nonprofit stakeholders in the community that resulted in cash and in-kind voluntary contributions to the City of Boston that positively impacted Boston residents.
