Svetlana Sokolov

A native of Ukraine, Ms. Sokolov earned a B.A. in Audiovisual Arts & Production from the Institute of Journalism, Cinema and Television in Kyiv, Ukraine. She began a career in television broadcasting as an assistant producer in her county’s Eastern zone, responsible for sound decision-making in planning and directing daily newscasts, eventually producing on-site news reports, features and documentaries throughout the region.
