Gloria Buchanan

Director, Human Resources

Miss Buchanan directs the daily operation of the OWI Human Resources department including staffing, compensation, performance review, benefits, overall employee relations and training while maintaining personnel records. She holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and is certified as a Human Resources Professional. With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Buchanan has directed HR departments for several nonprofit organizations.
